We are based out of Mount Laurel, NJ (08054) and will travel up to 45 miles from there for no additional charge. Anything outside 45 miles will incur an additional fee of $1 per mile each way, up to 100 miles away. This accounts for gasoline, tolls & extra traveling time to get to you!

We do not. NJ State law prohibits us from purchasing alcohol for private events or selling alcohol from our mobile bars. We are strictly a "DRY HIRE" mobile bar service. As a result, clients are responsible for purchasing the alcohol.

Through our initial consultation meeting we will work with you to determine what types of alcohol (liquor, wine, beer), how much to order, and logistics for getting it to your event prior.

Yes, we carry Liquor Liability and General Liability insurance. Copies can be made available to verify.

It is the clients responsibility to secure any permits that may be needed. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us, or reach out to your local municipality or police department regarding permitting.

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 120 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless OBAR&Co. secures another event for your date.

In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. OBAR&Co. does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.

We accept cash or credit card payments via our online invoices with Square.
