Omar Albarouki has stood behind bars at NFL stadiums, managed floors across 50,000 square feet of high-volume entertainment, run dining rooms where the experience was the entire point, and led teams through events where there was no margin for error. He has served guests who expected nothing less than perfection, and delivered it. From intimate private dinners to sold-out concerts with tens of thousands in attendance, the standard never changed. We bring the expertise, the equipment, the setup, and the kind of bar presence that makes your guests feel taken care of. Every booking includes a pre-event consultation and a custom cocktail menu built around your event.
We offer two packages: bartender-only and a full-service BYOB package, plus a full suite of add-ons including mixers, ice, bar back support, bar rentals, and more. All packages include a pre-event consultation, alcohol shopping list, and professional setup and breakdown. Client provides all alcohol per NJ state law.
